Each piece of jewelry comes in its own packaging, carefully selected by Sara for the brand, ready to give as a gift! So there’s no need to request it. Of course, if you need a handwritten note, just let me know in the order notes, and I’ll be happy to include that as well!

Pure silver is too soft, and to harden it, it's alloyed with copper, which can oxidize. We chose an alloy with less copper and more zinc to reduce tarnishing, but it's best to avoid contact with sweat, creams, and perfumes.

The tracking link for your order will be available upon request. You can also contact the courier by phone to arrange a convenient delivery time or, if you prefer, request delivery of your package to one of the DHL Service Points in your area.

Sara Grace Jewelry is a small business and does not keep large quantities of jewelry in stock. Therefore, once an order is placed, delivery takes approximately 14 business days (roughly 3 weeks). This timeframe covers both the handcrafted creation of the piece and the shipping, which takes about 3 business days from the time of dispatch. Care and dedication take time!

Shipping is free on all orders over €150. For orders under €150, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. The piece of jewelry must be intact, unworn, and in its complete original packaging. Used jewelry cannot be returned, as no exceptions are made for hygiene reasons.

Please notify me of the return within 14 days of receiving the package by emailing info@saragracejewelry.com. Then, ship the jewelry to Sara Grace Jewelry di Sara Ponte, Via Tadino 30, 20124 Milan (intercom: Scuola Orafa Ambrosiana). Return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility until the item reaches me; I therefore recommend using a courier service that offers tracking and insurance. The jewelry must be intact, unworn, and in its complete original packaging; I suggest placing the box inside a secondary envelope or package, without applying labels or adhesive tape directly to the box itself. Once I have verified the condition of the jewelry, I will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receipt, either via a card refund or bank transfer (in the latter case, I will need the IBAN and the account holder's name).
