Your jewelry will be carefully packaged, whether you're buying it for yourself or as a gift. You'll also find a small card where you can write a personalized message.

The process of creating your jewelry takes approximately 14 business days. Rings may take a little longer as they need to be sized correctly.

Pure silver is too soft, and to harden it, it's alloyed with copper, which can oxidize. We chose an alloy with less copper and more zinc to reduce tarnishing, but it's best to avoid contact with sweat, creams, and perfumes.

The link to track your order will be sent to you by email from the courier as soon as they receive the goods. You will also have the option to contact the courier by phone to arrange a delivery time or to have your parcel delivered to one of the DHL service points in your area.

Sara Grace Jewelry is a small business, and as such, cannot hold large quantities of items in stock. For this reason, once you place your order, preparation and shipping will take approximately 15 business days. Care and dedication take time!

Shipping is free on all orders over €150. For orders under €150, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to Italy and the EU takes approximately three business days.
