Refund policy

It is possible to exercise the RIGHT OF EXCHANGE or WITHDRAWAL for any reason without explanation and without any penalty by communicating it within fourteen days starting from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

To access the return procedure, the customer is required to organize, at his own expense, the shipment of the returned items to:

For no reason will returns be accepted with costs or charges borne by Sara Grace Jewelry by Sara Ponte

Any non-compliant shipment will be refused by Sara Grace Jewelry of Sara Ponte, with the consequent impossibility of proceeding with the return.

Sara Ponte will accept the returned goods, reserving any refund only after verifying that the products have been returned in their original state, unused and with the original packaging intact. Only in this case will Sara Ponte forward the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products. Sara Ponte will reimburse the customer for the full amount already paid within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods subject to the withdrawal and of the relative communication, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the current account of the invoice holder and related beneficiary).

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, as far as possible, to place it in a second envelope; in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product is prohibited;
The products must be correctly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
The package must be accompanied by the return document (present at the beginning of this page), in order to allow Sara Ponte to identify the consumer;
Used products that show signs of wear or dirt and which, consequently, can no longer be considered intact will not be accepted;
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
In the event of damage to the goods during transport organized by the customer, Sara Ponte will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
The returned products must be without obvious signs of use;
Used jewelry cannot be returned under any circumstances. Given the potential health risks associated with the use of these types of products, no exceptions can be made;
The Customer totally loses the right of withdrawal, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Sara Ponte ascertains:
The lack of the original external packaging and/or internal contents;
The absence of elements and/or anomalies in the product itself;
The use of the product, which has compromised its integrity.
