When will my order arrive?
Sara Grace Jewelry is a small business, therefore it does not have the possibility of having large quantities of pieces in stock. For this reason, from the moment you place your order, preparation and shipping will take approximately 15 working days.
Can I track my order?
The link to track your order will be sent to you via email by the courier as soon as the goods are entrusted to him.
You will also have the possibility to arrange by telephone with the courier to arrange the collection time or to have your package delivered to one of the DHL service points in your area.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order no later than 24 hours from the purchase by writing to the email info@saragracejewelry.com and indicating your order number.

Il tuo gioiello sarà accuratamente impacchettato, sia che lo stia acquistando per te stesso o per un regalo.Troverai anche una letterina dove potrai scrivere un messaggio personalizzato.
Cosa fare se non trovo l'opzione che cerco sul sito?
Contatta direttamente Sara Grace: sarà felice di ascoltare le tue richieste e cercare di soddisfarle, come ad esempio se desideri un gioiello in oro o hai esigenze particolari.
Perché il mio gioiello in argento si ossida?
L'argento puro è troppo morbido e per conferirgli durezza viene legato con rame, che può ossidarsi. Abbiamo scelto una lega con poco rame e più zinco per ridurre l'annerimento, ma è utile evitare contatti con sudore, creme e profumi. Se vuoi una protezione extra, puoi richiedere la rodiatura per 20 euro aggiuntivi.
Quali opzioni ho se desidero un gioiello in oro?
Puoi scegliere tra oro giallo, bianco o rosa. Il prezzo sarà calcolato in base alla quotazione dell'oro puro al momento della tua richiesta.
E se il gioiello in oro è troppo costoso?
Puoi optare per una doratura su argento, che andrà rifatta nel tempo, o scegliere l'oro 9 carati, che è meno costoso rispetto all'oro 18 carati ma ha un colore leggermente diverso a causa dei metalli aggiunti.
I gioielli che realizzi sono artigianali?
Sì, ogni gioiello è progettato e scolpito a mano da Sara Grace. Viene creato un prototipo, da cui poi si realizza un calco per produrre più pezzi mantenendo l'artigianalità a prezzi accessibili.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
It is possible to exercise the RIGHT OF EXCHANGE or WITHDRAWAL for any reason without explanation and without any penalty by communicating it within fourteen days starting from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

How long does it take to return a product?
Returning a product can take between one and two weeks.

How can I use my Gift Card?
Gift Cards have a value of 50 and 100 euros. If the amount spent is lower than the value of the Gift Card, you can use the remaining credit on your next purchases, within and no later than 5 years following the purchase of the Gift Card.
